# CELPass

> CELPass (https://celpass.com) is an online CELPIP practice platform. It offers AI-scored practice tests and mock exams for all four CELPIP-General sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), a free 25-minute diagnostic that predicts your CLB level for each section, short daily drills built from your own mistakes, and lessons to learn each task: free video lessons for every task and part of all four skills, interactive practice courses and text courses. CELPass is independent and not affiliated with CELPIP or Paragon Testing Enterprises.

Who it is for: people taking the CELPIP-General test for Canadian permanent residence (Express Entry, often aiming for CLB 7 or CLB 9) or the CELPIP-General LS test for Canadian citizenship. Australia's Department of Home Affairs has also accepted CELPIP-General for visa applications since 7 August 2025, so it serves Australian visa applicants too.

## What you get

- Free diagnostic: one task per section, about 25 minutes, with a predicted CLB for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
- AI scoring for Speaking and Writing on the four CELPIP rubric dimensions, shown as a CLB range, with every mistake labelled. Writing scoring is checked against officially rated CELPIP sample essays (CLB 4–5, 7–8 and 11–12).
- Full-length mock tests in the CELPIP format, and a bank of 19,000 practice questions covering every task type, unlocked step by step as you practise.
- Daily 5-card drills on your phone, scheduled with spaced repetition.
- Free plan: the diagnostic, 1 full AI-scored mock, 5 AI-scored Speaking or Writing answers (then 1 a week), and a daily drill. To support the CELPIP community, these are free without registering: 79 full-length Listening and Reading practice tests, 391 shorter sample tests, Speaking and Writing sample answers, vocabulary lists for every task, a video lesson for every task and part of all four skills, an interactive practice course for every Speaking and Writing task and four text courses. Paid plans add unlimited scoring and mocks: 1 Month CA$39 a month, 3 Months CA$79 every 3 months, 12 Months CA$199 a year (prices before tax). Every plan renews automatically until cancelled in Settings, with an email before each renewal; the first payment has a 7-day full refund (terms apply: https://celpass.com/refund-policy), and after that payments are final except under the CLB 9 promotion. CLB 9 promotion: on any paid plan (1 Month, 3 Months or 12 Months), complete at least 5 full CELPass mock tests (a full mock taken on Free counts), then score CLB 9 or higher in all four skills on one official CELPIP-General test taken no later than 45 days after your first payment to CELPass, and CELPass refunds 100% of everything you paid up to the test date, renewals included, with no cap (upload the score report within 7 days of the test; the name on it must match the CELPass account; one refund per person; once the refund is paid the paid plan ends and the CELPass account moves to the Free plan).
