Subject: Clarification Needed on Shuttle Services
Dear Campus Transportation Office,
I’m a new student trying to navigate the shuttle system and have some questions about the timetable. Firstly, I noticed Route A offers free rides for students, but it’s unclear if this applies to part-time students like me. Could you confirm eligibility? Also, I’m confused about Route B’s requirement for online pre-booking for groups. Does this apply to a family visiting me? Regarding Route C, I cycle to campus daily, so I’m pleased about the bicycle racks, but are they secure? Additionally, Route D’s no-cash policy is inconvenient since I don’t always carry a card. Could you consider ? Finally, I’d like to know if there’s a way to track shuttle arrivals in real-time to avoid waiting during peak hours, as this would greatly improve . Your response would help me plan my commute effectively and ensure I’m with campus policies. I’d also appreciate clarification on whether Route A’s limited seating affects . Lastly, I’m curious if the shuttle service has ever been due to student feedback.
Sincerely,
Avery Thompson
