The rules
- Any CELPass Pro plan counts: Pro Monthly, Pro 3 Months or the Pro Pass.
- Complete at least 5 full CELPass mock tests before you claim.
- Go Pro first, then take the official CELPIP-General test no later than 45 days after the day you signed up to CELPass.
- Score level 9 or higher in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking (CELPIP level 9 = CLB 9).
- Upload your official score report within 7 days of your test date. The name on it must match your CELPass account.
- We refund 100% of everything you paid CELPass, in CAD, to your original payment method. Pro ends when the refund is issued.
- One refund per person. We may ask you to verify your report, and we refuse altered reports or duplicate accounts.

What if I get CLB 9 in three skills but CLB 8 in one?
The refund needs CLB 9 or higher in all four skills on the same official test. Your Pro plan still has the 7-day money-back guarantee in our refund policy.
How long does the refund take?
We check claims within a few business days. Once approved, the refund is issued straight away; your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
