We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Refunds are available under the conditions below.

1) 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if usage thresholds are not exceeded.

2) Eligibility
Refunds are available only if you have used ≤10 practice tests. Requests beyond this threshold are not eligible.

3) How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email used at purchase. Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue. If eligible, we will confirm and process the refund.

4) Refund Processing
Currency: CAD (Canadian Dollars)
Processing time: Approved refunds are issued promptly on our end; bank processing may take 5–10 business days.
Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5) Subscriptions & Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancelling stops future billing while access continues to the end of the paid period.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in temporary suspension during investigation.

7) Exclusions
Requests made after the 7-day window (except the CLB 9 promotion in Section 8).
Usage above the threshold in Section 2.
Abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

8) CLB 9 Promotion: 100% Back
Separately from the 7-day guarantee, if you score CLB 9 or higher in all four skills on an official CELPIP-General test taken after you bought Pro and within 45 days of signing up, and you completed at least 5 CELPass mock tests, we refund 100% of everything you paid CELPass. Upload your score report within 7 days of the test. Full rules: Hit CLB 9 and your prep is free.

9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
