Excellent answer (transcript): around CLB 11–12

My first experience with fasting was during a religious holiday. Initially, I was worried about feeling weak or distracted at work, but I was motivated by the sense of community and spiritual growth. Although it was challenging, especially around meal times, I focused on staying positive and reflecting on the purpose of the fast. By the end of the day, I felt a sense of accomplishment and learned that I had more self-control and discipline than I expected.
