MAN: Hi there, I'm having some trouble accessing the virtual tour of your modern art exhibition. Is someone available to help?

WOMAN: Hello! Yes, I'd be happy to assist you. Are you trying to access it through our website or the mobile app?

MAN: I'm on the website, but when I click the 'Start Virtual Tour' button, nothing happens. I've tried refreshing the page several times.

WOMAN: I see. First, let's make sure you're using a compatible browser. Which browser are you currently using?

MAN: I'm using Safari on my MacBook. Should I switch to something else?

WOMAN: Actually, our virtual tour works best with Chrome or Firefox. Safari sometimes has compatibility issues with our 3D rendering software.

MAN: Oh, that makes sense. I have Chrome installed, so I'll switch over to that.

WOMAN: Perfect! Once you've opened Chrome, clear your cache and try accessing the tour again. That should resolve the issue.

MAN: Hi again. I've switched to Chrome and can see the exhibition now, but I'm not sure how to navigate through the gallery.

WOMAN: Great that you can access it now! Navigation is pretty straightforward. Use your mouse to look around – left click and drag to rotate your view, and the scroll wheel to zoom in and out.

MAN: Got it. And how do I move between rooms?

WOMAN: You'll see blue arrows on the floor – just click those to move to different areas. There are also thumbnail previews of each room at the bottom of your screen for quick navigation.

MAN: Perfect, I see them now. One more thing – some artworks have a small icon next to them. What does that mean?

WOMAN: Those icons indicate additional content. Clicking them will open detailed information about the artwork, including the artist's biography and sometimes even video interviews.

MAN: That's fantastic! This is much more interactive than I expected.

Section 3 of 3

Question 6: listen, then show the question text

Transcript (read it after you answer)

MAN: Sorry to bother you again, but I'm really interested in one of the pieces I've seen. Is it possible to purchase artwork through the virtual tour?

WOMAN: Absolutely! Which piece caught your eye?

MAN: It's the large abstract painting in Gallery Three, titled 'Urban Dreams.' I'd love to know more about the pricing and availability.

WOMAN: Let me check that for you... Yes, 'Urban Dreams' is still available. You can click the shopping cart icon next to the artwork to see pricing and shipping information. We also offer a certificate of authenticity with each purchase.

MAN: That's perfect. And do you offer international shipping?

WOMAN: Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location during checkout. We also provide insurance for all artwork shipments.

MAN: Excellent! I'll definitely consider making a purchase. Thanks for all your help today.
