Customer: Hi, I’m in a panic—I lost my wallet this morning. Can you help?

Rep: I’m sorry to hear that, Mr. Patel. Let’s secure your account. Which cards are missing?

Customer: My debit card and credit card, both from your bank.

Rep: Okay, I’ll freeze them now to prevent any unauthorized use. Can you confirm your account number?

Customer: It’s 4832-5678-9012. What’s next?

Rep: The cards are frozen. We’ll issue replacements, which should arrive in five business days.

Customer: That’s a relief. Can I still access my money?

Rep: Yes, you can use online banking or visit a branch with ID for withdrawals.

Customer: Good. I also had $50 cash and my driver’s license in there.

Rep: For the license, contact the DMV. Unfortunately, we can’t replace cash, but check with local police—someone might’ve turned it in.

Customer: I’ll do that. Should I monitor my account for weird activity?

Rep: Smart idea. Use our app to track transactions. If you spot anything odd, call us immediately.

Customer: Will do. Can you email me confirmation of the frozen cards?

Rep: Already sent. Anything else I can assist with, Mr. Patel?

Customer: That’s all for now. Thanks for acting fast.

Rep: Glad to help. Let us know if you need more support.
