Excellent answer (transcript): around CLB 11–12

I once helped a close friend who was struggling with depression. She had been isolating herself and wasn’t taking care of her health. I took the initiative to check in on her regularly, encouraging her to join me for walks or simple activities. I also helped her find a therapist. It was difficult at times, but seeing her slowly regain her energy and confidence made me feel deeply fulfilled.

A friend of mine was going through a tough breakup, and she was feeling really low. I invited her over for coffee, and we talked about her feelings. I also helped her find ways to stay active and keep her mind off things. Over time, she became more positive, and I was happy to support her through that hard time.
