Excellent answer (transcript): around CLB 11–12

Although gyms provide excellent facilities and professional advice, I’m much more motivated when exercising outdoors. Being in nature boosts my mood and makes physical activity more enjoyable. Outdoor workouts are not only free but also encourage variety, such as hiking or cycling, which keeps my routine interesting. Despite weather limitations, the mental and physical benefits of training outside easily surpass what the gym offers.

Good answer (transcript): around CLB 7–8

Gyms are good when it’s cold or rainy, and you can use lots of machines. But I like being outside better. Exercising outdoors feels fresh and relaxing, and it doesn’t cost anything. I think I stay more active when I enjoy the weather and the view.
