The question

You were expecting a delivery at home, but the delivery didn’t arrive on time, and you’re unsure what happened.

Choose ONE: EITHER Talk to the delivery company and explain that your package didn’t arrive as expected and ask for an update. OR Talk to a neighbor and explain why you think the delay could have been caused by something like bad weather or traffic.

Excellent answer (transcript): around CLB 11–12

I’m concerned because my package didn’t arrive as expected. I’ll call the delivery company to inquire about the delay and ask if there were any issues with the shipment, such as bad weather or traffic. I’ll politely request an updated estimated time of arrival. If there’s a problem, I hope they will resolve it as soon as possible.
