Transcript (read it after you answer)

Sophie: Alright, team, we need to plan a pet adoption event to help local animal shelters find homes for their animals. It should be engaging and draw a big crowd. Any ideas?

Mark: I think a pet fair in the community park would be perfect. We could have adoption booths, pet games, and a pet costume contest to make it fun for families.

Tom: A pet fair sounds great, Mark, but the park might be too open, and some animals could get stressed or escape. What about hosting it at the community center? It’s indoors and more controlled.

Sophie: The community center’s safer for animals, but it’s less spacious and might feel cramped. What if we compromise? We could use the community center’s outdoor courtyard. It’s fenced, so it’s secure, but still has an open, festive vibe.

Mark: I like the courtyard idea, Sophie, but we’d need to ensure there’s enough shade for animals and people. It can get hot, and we don’t want anyone uncomfortable.

Tom: Good point. We could rent canopy tents for shade and set up water stations for pets and visitors. It’s a small cost but keeps everyone happy.

Sophie: That works, Tom. My concern is promotion—how do we get enough people to attend and adopt?

Mark: We could partner with local pet stores to promote the event and offer discounts to adopters. A social media campaign with cute pet photos would also attract attention.

Tom: I’m sold on the courtyard pet fair with tents and pet store partnerships. Let’s also include a vet talk on pet care to educate new adopters and add value.

Sophie: Perfect. Let’s go with the pet adoption fair in the community center courtyard. Mark, can you contact pet stores about partnerships?

Mark: Sure, I’ll reach out tomorrow.

Tom: I’ll look into canopy tent rentals and water stations.

Sophie: Great. I’ll book the courtyard and start the social media campaign. This event is going to find homes for so many pets!
