Dear Fitness Zone Team,
I’m interested in joining your gym and had some questions about your memberships. I saw on your website you offer a basic plan for $40/month and a premium one for $60/month, but the details were a bit vague. What’s the main difference between them? I’m mostly into weightlifting, so I’d love something that fits that.
Your hours say 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.—is that every day, or do weekends differ? I’d probably come early mornings or late evenings. Also, do you offer a trial pass? I’d like to check out the equipment before committing. Oh, and how busy does it get around 7 a.m.? I hate waiting for machines.
One more thing—are there any startup fees, or is it just the monthly rate? I’m hoping to join soon if it’s a good fit. Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Kayla

Dear Kayla,
Thanks for your interest in Fitness Zone! The premium plan includes full equipment access, perfect for weightlifting, while is more limited. We’re open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, so fits your schedule. We offer a 3-day trial pass to try us out. At 7 a.m., it’s moderately busy, but are usually free. No startup fees—just the monthly rate; soon.
Regards,
Fitness Zone Team
