Dear Melissa,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing to inquire about booking your escape room experience at Enigma Escape Adventures for a team-building event I'm organizing for our office staff at Maple Leaf Accounting.

Our company recently completed a major tax season project, and our manager, Sarah, suggested we do something fun as a reward for everyone's hard work. I remembered how much fun my family had at your Pirate's Treasure room last summer, and thought this would be perfect for our group of 12 people.

We're looking at either Friday, June 17th or Saturday, June 18th, preferably in the late afternoon around 4:00 pm. I noticed on your website that you offer group discounts for parties of 10 or more, but the details weren't specified. Could you let me know what the regular rate per person is, and what kind of discount we might qualify for with our group size? Our budget is approximately $25-30 per person, so I'm hoping we can make this work within that range.

I'm also curious about which of your escape rooms would be best for team building. We have a mix of personalities in our office – some very analytical types and others who are more creative. I was initially thinking about the 'Museum Heist' room since it seems to require different types of problem-solving skills, but I'm open to your recommendations based on your experience with corporate groups.

One other question – is it possible to reserve the entire facility for an hour or two after our escape room experience? We'd like to have a small celebration with some snacks and drinks that we would bring ourselves. I'd be happy to pay an additional fee for this if it's an option.

I was a bit disappointed to see that your 'Haunted Hospital' room is temporarily closed for renovations, as I've heard great things about it from my colleague David who visited your location in Toronto. Any chance it might be reopened by mid-June?

Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing back from you about availability and pricing options.

Best regards,Jason Chen

Dear Jason, Thank you for your interest in Enigma Escape Adventures for your team-building event. We'd be delighted to for your accounting team's celebration. For groups of 10 or more, we offer a 15% discount off our regular rate of $32 per person, which would bring your cost to $27.20 each - right within your ! Both June 17th and 18th are available at 4:00 pm. Based on your team composition, I would actually recommend our 'Corporate Espionage' room over the 'Museum Heist' as it specifically and has received excellent feedback from similar professional groups. Regarding your question about using our facility afterward, we do offer a for an additional $75 per hour, which includes use of our lounge area. Unfortunately, our 'Haunted Hospital' room until early July due to extensive thematic upgrades. Please let me know if you'd like to proceed with a booking. Best regards, Melissa
