Last year, after weeks of hard work on a complex assignment, my manager unexpectedly praised me during a staff meeting. She highlighted my dedication, attention to detail, and my ability to bring the team together during stressful times. I felt both surprised and deeply appreciated because I hadn’t realized my efforts were being noticed so closely. Her recognition boosted my confidence and made me realize how important it is to support my colleagues.
