Transcript (read it after you answer)
Renee: The school board has asked us to suggest new after-school activities for next term.
Liam: We could start a robotics club. Kids love tech, and it develops problem-solving skills.
Holly: True, but robotics kits are expensive. What about a drama club? That’s more affordable and builds confidence.
Renee: Both are great, but we should consider student interest. Maybe we should send out a quick survey.
Liam: Good idea. We also need to think about supervision. Robotics would need a teacher with technical skills, while drama could be led by a volunteer with theatre experience.
Holly: We could also add a fitness program, like after-school yoga. That’s good for stress relief.
Renee: Let’s shortlist three options: robotics, drama, and yoga. Then present costs, supervision needs, and benefits in our proposal.
Liam: Works for me. We’ll choose the final one based on survey results and budget approval.
Holly: I’ll draft the survey today.
