How should your neighborhood promote clean-up efforts? What do you think?

-Option A: Hold monthly group clean-up days where residents volunteer together.

-Option B: Offer rewards or discounts to individuals who regularly pick up litter on their own.

In my view, organizing monthly group clean-up events (Option A) is more effective. These gatherings not only maintain cleanliness but also foster community spirit and shared responsibility. While individual rewards may motivate some, group efforts create a sense of pride and lasting impact, making the neighborhood feel more united and cared for.

Monthly group clean-up days would bring the community together and keep the area cleaner. Working as a team motivates people, and it’s a good chance to meet neighbors. Rewards for individuals might encourage some, but a shared event builds stronger connections. That’s why I prefer option A.
