Is official CELPIP practice worth it?

Yes, at least the free part. The official practice tests are written by Paragon, the organization that makes CELPIP, so they are the most direct way to learn the real format, timing and question style. Their main limit is feedback: Listening and Reading are scored automatically, but for Writing and Speaking you compare your answer with official sample responses rather than receiving a score on your own work.
