CELPIP Vouchers: Test Vouchers, Practice Tests and Who Sells Them
By CELPass Editorial Team · Updated
Searches for a CELPIP voucher turn up coupon sites, agents and resellers. This guide sets out what CELPIP itself says: who is authorised to sell test vouchers, and where the official practice tests come from. CELPass does not sell vouchers.
What is a CELPIP voucher?
A CELPIP test voucher is a prepaid code for the test fee, sold by organisations CELPIP has authorised, often preparation providers and agents. You use the code when you book your test in your CELPIP account instead of paying the full fee by card; ask the seller exactly how and by when to use it.
Who is authorised to sell CELPIP vouchers?
Only the organisations on CELPIP's own voucher-provider page. On 16 October 2026 it listed these:
| Country | Authorised voucher providers |
|---|---|
| Australia | Vision Language Experts |
| Canada | ApplyBoard |
| China | Edulink, Joinaward Training School, Shentong Education, XSD Study Abroad |
| India | ApplyBoard, iLogicTech, Nationwide Visas, OSS Education, The English Advantage, Sardar Patel B Ed College, SattvaQ IT Solutions, StormEdugo |
| Nepal | OSS Education |
| Singapore | UCA English |
| Sri Lanka | OSS Education |
| Thailand | OSS Education |
Are CELPIP coupon codes on discount sites real?
Treat them with caution. CELPIP says only the organisations on its list are authorised providers, so a code from anyone else may be expired, invalid or not a CELPIP product at all. Before paying, check the seller against the official list.
Is there a voucher for the CELPIP-General practice tests?
Official practice tests are bought directly in the official CELPIP online store, where 13 online sets of two complete tests each are sold, and two complete sample tests are free. CELPIP network members such as schools can buy study materials in bulk at reduced prices, so a school or agent may offer them as part of a package.
How else can I save on CELPIP?
Pass the first time. A retake costs the full test fee again, so practise until your scores in every skill sit at your target before you book, using free practice tests and AI scoring where you can.
